Bridges Outreach Breaks Ground on “Kokomo Little Links” Mini-Golf Course at Cutler Park
KOKOMO, IN — June 2025 — Bridges Outreach is thrilled to announce the launch of Kokomo Little Links (KLL), a new mini-golf course opening this August in Cutler Park—on the former site of the Eastside Little League, just off U.S. 31 in the heart of Kokomo.
But Kokomo Little Links is more than just a game.
“When you visit Kokomo Little Links, you’re not just playing mini-golf—you’re helping prepare the next generation for life,” said Travis Taflinger, CEO of Bridges Outreach. “Every dollar spent helps us give a student job skills, mentoring, and meaningful experience rooted in Christ. We’re not just building a course—we’re building character, community, and opportunity.”
Bridges Outreach is breaking ground in July and will host a grand opening celebration in August. The course will be accompanied by a shaved ice stand operated out of the KLL clubhouse, adding a cool treat to the summer fun.
A Mission with Impact
All proceeds from Kokomo Little Links will support Bridges Outreach’s mission to develop youth through discipleship, education, and workforce readiness. Bridges’ employment services include training in interviewing, budgeting, resume-building, customer service, and problem-solving—all designed to help students become leaders in their communities.
The project builds on Bridges’ successful experience running the Frozen Sandlot, a seasonal ice skating rink that has provided first-job experiences to over 100 high school and college students during the past seven winters.
Designed for Kokomo, Built for the Future
Youth Employment: Students will gain valuable workforce training in a faith-based, supportive environment.
Community Engagement: KLL will serve as a family-friendly, inclusive space for Kokomo residents and visitors.
Economic Investment: All profits will be reinvested into Bridges’ year-round programming, supporting youth in Howard County for years to come.
"This is a long-term investment in Kokomo's youth and quality of life," Taflinger added. "We believe this course will create fun and memories, but more importantly, it will create leaders."
